Private Group Workshops

  • This is a private glass blowing experience for six to twelve people. Your group chooses one of our workshop projects and each participant will make their own glass piece with the assistance of our glassblowers. The Small Private Workshop usually lasts about 90 minutes, and your pieces will be ready to be picked up 48 hours later (subject to gallery hours).

  • Food and Drinks: We require a small $100 flat fee for private groups that want to bring in food or drink.

    Down Payment: To complete your reservation you will be required to provide a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of your group workshop. The balance is due at your date. ***CONTACT US BY PHONE OR EMAIL TO USE A GIFT CARD***

    Cancellation Policy: Private Workshops deposits are non-refundable. Reservations can be rescheduled up to 72 hrs in advance of the workshop date without penalty. For workshops that need to be rescheduled less than 72 hours in advance we charge a $50 rebooking fee.

Public Workshops

  • Once every month or so we host a day of Public Workshops to give community members the opportunity for a hands-on glass blowing experience. We pick a fun seasonal item, or one of our popular private workshop items, and each guest makes their own project with the help of our techs.

  • Public Workshop bookings are non-refundable. Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will be converted to a store credit for use in our hot shop or gallery. Payment for bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours advance notice will be forfeit. Please email info@huronstreetstudios.com for cancellation.

  • Glass Umbrella Workshop

    March 21st & 22nd

    • Get ready for April showers with your own cute and colorful glass umbrella! You choose you the colors and our instructors will help you shape the top and attach the cane handle. This seasonal items is only available during our March Public Workshops, spaces are limited!

Date Nights

  • Date Nights are an intimate experience for two. Our glassblowers will demonstrate a piece for you to keep: a bowl, vase, or pitcher. Next each participant makes a workshop item of their own.The Date Night usually lasts about 90 minutes, and your pieces will be ready to be picked up 48 hours later (subject to gallery hours).

  • The Date Night costs $275 and includes:

    • One “demo” piece made by the pros for you to keep: bowl, vase, or pitcher.

    • One workshop project made by each participant: Catch-all dish, Flower, Paper weight, Heart, Mini Pumpkin, Ornament, Tumbler, Stemless wine glass, Bud vase, Snowman, Blown pumpkin, Floppy bowl

    Add Ons (subject to scheduling availability)​:

    • Do you want a more complex piece made by our pros? No problem! Let us know what you’re thinking and we’ll let you know what the additional cost would be.

    • Make it a Double Date Night! Bring your best couple friends for an additional $200. The Double Date Night includes one demo piece and four workshop projects.

    • Food and Drinks: We require a flat fee of $100 for private groups that want to bring in food or drink.

Team Building

  • Looking for a fun way to spend some time with your team away from the office? A hands-on glassblowing workshop is a great activity for your holiday party, conference, or on-site meeting. Team building events are designed for groups of 6 - 24 people. Your group chooses one of our workshop projects and each participant will make their own glass piece with the assistance of our glassblowers. Team building events last about 90 minutes, and your pieces will be ready to be picked up 48 hours later (subject to gallery hours). Not able to bring your group during our normal booking hours? We can often accommodate large groups outside of our regular hours. Call or email us with inquiries about specific times or days.
